Compared with traditional sterilizing equipment, the characteristics of microwave sterilizing equipment are: Fast sterilizing rate, high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving. Its working principle is that microorganisms in food are simultaneously affected by the thermal effect and non-thermal effect of microwaves, causing their proteins and physiologically active substances to mutate, resulting in delayed growth and death of microorganisms, and the purpose of food sterilization and preservation.
